Our Founder: Maya Peterson
Born and Raised in Texas and I have lived in various parts of The Greater Metropolitan Houston. It excites me to see the evolution of how the city and surrounding counties have progressed over the years. They really have a lot to offer. I am a professional luxury licensed Realtor. I have been in real estate since 2003. I have helped many families find a home that met their needs, budget, and on time. I am an excellent negotiator which shortens the sales life cycle. I love to work with buyers and sellers. I specialize with first-time home buyers as I like to set them up and guide them along the process. Homes listed on the market by me go under contract within 9 days on average depending on timing, condition, and price. I am a Top Producer that adds Value to my Clients through Social Media, Accessibility and keeping current on Industry Knowledge.
